Six services, one factory. Everything below is done in-house at our Hangzhou plant and handled by the same team from your first drawing to the customs documents — no brokers, no hand-offs.
Send us your drawing, a sample, or just the material you need to cut. Our engineers match the segment formula, bond hardness and steel core to your application and return a 3D CAD prototype within 72 hours. Trial batches are run and cut-tested before any mass production begins.
Your logo laser-marked or silk printed on the blade, your artwork on the packaging. Blister cards, colour boxes, barcodes and market-specific labels are all printed in-house, with private-label orders starting from 500 pieces.
Quality is checked at every stage, not just at the door: incoming diamond and steel inspection, in-process checks at pressing, sintering, welding and grinding, then a final release covering runout, balance, weld shear strength and a full-RPM safety run to EN 13236. Batch QC reports are available with every shipment.
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP from Ningbo and Shanghai ports — sea, air or rail. We plan the container loading, photograph every load and issue the complete document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and insurance.
Live engineers on WhatsApp and email — not a call centre. Send us your machine, material and problem, and we come back with cutting parameters, RPM and feed advice, or a replacement recommendation. We solve cutting problems, not just ship tools.
Every EXTRACUT blade is covered for 12 months from the date the goods arrive at your destination port. If a blade fails under normal, intended use — diamond segments chipping or breaking off, teeth breaking, or the blade body cracking — we add the free replacement quantity to your next order, matching the failed model and specification.
Send a drawing, a photo of the material, or your current tool's part number — an engineer replies with a specification and a quote, usually within one working day.
