HSS Annular Cutter

EXTRACUT HSS Annular Cutter a hollow-core trepanning tool engineered for fast, clean, burr-free large-diameter holes in steel, stainless steel, and structural metals. By cutting only the circumference and ejecting a solid slug, it drills up to 3× faster and with far lower torque than a twist drill of the same diameter — the preferred solution for fabrication, construction, and maintenance on magnetic drill presses.

• 19mm Weldon Shank — Universal 19mm Weldon shank fits all standard magnetic drill arbors and annular cutter holders.
• Pilot Pin Ejection — Works with a spring-loaded pilot pin for automatic slug ejection and precise hole centering.
• Wide Diameter Range — Available from Ø12mm to Ø65mm (1/2" – 2-9/16") in 1mm increments.
• Optional TiN Coating — Titanium nitride coating extends tool life on stainless and abrasive materials.
