These terms govern your use of www.extra-cut.com (the “Website”), operated by Hangzhou Union Import & Export Co., Ltd. (trading as EXTRACUT Tool Master, “EXTRACUT”, “we”). By using the Website you accept these terms.

1. Website content

The Website describes our diamond saw blades, drill bits, hole saws, abrasives and related tooling for general information. Product specifications, dimensions, options and availability may change without notice as we improve our range, and the site is published in several languages — the English version prevails in case of doubt. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance; all sales are made under our written order confirmations.

2. Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (or 30 days if none is stated) and depend on quantity, specification, packing and Incoterms.
• Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country.
• An order is formed only when we confirm it in writing. Lead times run from order confirmation and receipt of any agreed prepayment.
• Custom-made (OEM / ODM) products are made to your approved specification or artwork and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Samples

Free samples are offered at our discretion to qualified buyers. Sample charges, where they apply, are credited against a first bulk order. Samples are provided for evaluation; they are not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, drawings, photographs, logos, the EXTRACUT and TOOL MASTER marks — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the enquiry forms (including by submitting automated or false enquiries), not to interfere with the operation or security of the Website, and not to attempt to access areas or data that are not made available to you.

6. Third-party links
